So I need to restart new grad timer

So I need to restart my new grad timer and I was wondering if getting my masters online would be a good way to do this or not? Basically I have a bachelors and 3 years no experience. A lot going on in life and bad at prioritizing. Things are a lot better and I’m picking it up again, and I know the market is bad I was wondering if maybe going back to school could help. Get an Internship THIS time around? Would it be a waste to get an online masters, even if just to get internships or only in person education is worth it?
