Clara's light cone on Jing liu?

Obviously I know it's going to be worse than her signature light but I don't have the jade's to role for that so I want to know if this is still a good option? No one's using Clara's light cone right now and a 24% attack increase by default and another 24% and a bit of healing for a turn after defeating an enemy or being hit seems pretty good. Can I just use this or should I buy the destruction light cone from Herta's shop?
