Looking for a group of Online Friends to play with!

Hello Redditors! so as you can see from my title I'm looking for a group of Online Friends to play with! So I've always had trouble with making Friends Online, even when I had a friend group several years ago I was the "Friend" that got left out or was the group Punching Bag. I am 18 years old and have a Terminal illness called Cystinosis (If you want to know more there is plenty of stuff on it on google) and one of the things it affects is your height and with it affecting my height it also affects my voice, which is one of the main reasons why its hard or difficult for me to make Friends Online. I currently have a PlayStation 5 and lately I've been playing lots of Elden Ring and Bloodborne, But I am open to getting back into games like Grand Theft Auto Online, Red Dead Online and Of Course some other games.
