RAM Learning.

Can yall tell me more exactly in detail the benefits of Memory Learning or (Memory Try It!)?

I have a MSI PRO Z790A ddr5 (wifi) paired with 4x16GB gskill ddr5 6400MHz CL32 ram and a 13900K cpu and i have XMP enabled and (memory try it!) and memory fast boot enabled and memory extension set to performance mode on my system and curious how well this works? Ram is such a curious creature definitely more exciting to learn than just plain ole OC on the cpu. The DRAM frequency is set to 6400 G2 (64x1.00x100.00). What more can i do to this? I wanna play with it.
