I did something very wrong a long time ago, and I didn't know how to apologize

Advice

A long time ago, I posted a comment on a social media platform (I don't remember the name) when I was 14. At that time, me and my friends were calling each other "Mommy" as a joke. One day I posted a comment on a stranger's profile, asking them can we be friends on that platform, and jokingly calling them "Mommy", I forgot that this person might not know the context of the joke, and they might take this in a sexual way, so I deleted it right away, but unfortunately they saw my comment, and called me out by saying they were 13. I didn't know how to apologize and explain the situation, so I just said "I'm sorry, can we be friends?", and I got rejected, and people were calling me a pedophile and a creep. Now I would know how to apologize to that person, but it was a long time ago, and I don't even remember their username. Should I classify myself as a pedophile and a creep? I'm not attracted to people significantly younger than me (I'm still a minor), but I hurt someone by saying what I said. Should I forgive myself, and if yes, how, and if no, should I attempt suicide? I absolutely hate pedophiles and they have interacted with me on the internet in the past, but should I do what I tell them to do if they attempt to hurt someone for their own pleasure? Does this invalidate my gender identity (since this seems like a thing a boy would do instead of a girl, because of socialisation I've been told)? I have so many questions, and I don't know what to do. Please help. Thanks in advance.
