need some help not sure where to go forward please help

i used to ride a 125 and was a full car license holder but it has been revoked due to having 6points within 2 years of driving

so was thinking about getting a provisional as i can apply for one and get a 125 with a cbt but im not sure if i need to retake my cbt as my license has been revoked but i still have a valid cbt certificate but im not sure if that would have been revoked i havent rode in a while and the motoring offence is to do with my car and not a bike, im not sure if i make any sense so if anyone wants any clarification
