I have a problem with my vape

(Sorry for bad english and incorrect terminology) So i just got my first reusable vape- Aspire BP stik and i had no problems the first two hours but suddenly i can't change the vapor power to a lower setting. I do everything on the instructions and on the vape itself shows that it's lowered (red) but when i actually use it the light shows green which is the highest power. Does that make sense? Help?
