30k no idea what to do with it

Hi I’m 26 and have no idea what to do with my money. I have 30k sitting in my checking. I made about 2,300 biweekly post taxes.

10k is from car insurance pay out - don’t have a car rn, don’t really need one but will eventually so I don’t plan on spending that 10k on anything else.

I only pay 300$ in rent. 20k in student loan debt that I’m not overly concerned about (gracious parents). I have 4K in credit card debt with only 5% interest rate so not horrible, and I’m paying it down quickly.

Essentially I am coasting thru life. Mentally I know how much I can and can’t spend. There’s no legit budget but I don’t go overboard - yes I know I need a budget.

Company 401k.

What do I do with this 30k I have? Wanted to buy a house but not right now with these rates. I’m thinking HYSA - I don’t even know how to go about that tho. Hold my hand but be nice? Idk
