Reloaded old game: getting one shot by anything

Hey, i wanted to get back into cyberpunk, loaded up my old character and after getting spam called i figured cause some disturbance to see if the character still works: i am getting one shot even by drones. What the hell is going on? I have 1926 armor, no phantom liberty so none of my cyberware (except for the subdermal) gives me armor and 396 health.

The damage seams good, but i legit cant do anything without this game turning into a loading screen simulator
