Continuous anal gland leakage

Pet: Dog Age: 2 years old Breed: Poodle/Keeshond mix

No other medical problems.

She eats Purina Pro Plan Chicken and Rice. Her water intake is good. Her poops are always very nice.

Her vet and groomer both said her anal glands are fine and were never enlarged. But she's constantly leaking anal juice and it's absolutely vile. Not only that, it's leaking so much that there's "crust" in her fur right I never her butthole and raw skin underneath it. She doesn't seem in pain but I'm sure it's not pleasant and I'm scared it'll turn into an infection.

What can I do to help her? All I got was "some dogs are just like this" There must be something extra we can do. Thanks!
