Bullets?

Say <Hypothetically> one were to have gotten shot, and say this bullet were lodged in one of their bones. For this hypothetical, we will say it is stuck in their humerus. If hypothetically of course, it were lodged partway into the bone, without having gone all the way through, would we consider this bone broken? And would this hypothetically invalidate the hypothetical individual from membership in NBAB?
