No option to redeem? 5.68 pinball

Purchased some taito pinball packs. Followed directions to redeem by navigating to appstore x and selecting the appropriate pack purchased. Hit the home button and nothing happens. Looked at bottom of screen and all it says is rewind back.

Nothing with wording of redeem/redemption. Does this have to do with not being updated to 5.7 where basically if you aren't on their current firmware you won't be able to redeem your purchases packs?
