Mac Refund Issue characters characters characters

I recently bought a MacBook Pro (M2 Pro for around 3949.34 Canadian dollars with a $200 gift card). I decided to return this MacBook Pro and was quoted 3749.34 dollars (without returning the gift card). Upon receiving my refund today, I only got back 3577.57 dollars. I called Apple Support, and they said that I was refunded the correct amount when I clearly wasn't and I wasn't able to get any further. What should I do? Should I wait a few days and then call them again or maybe go to the apple store and show them that I wasn't refunded the correct amount? Also is there any sort of legal aid available on campus if I eventually have to escalate this into a legal issue?
