Abnormal Headaches from Smoking Weed?

I smoke daily, usually at nighttime, been that way for the last 5-6 years. Lately I’ve been getting a headache that gets really bad when I bend down. Plus the left side of my head, around my temple has been feeling weird for a couple days. Should I be worried about this?
