Dam drop after Dyno

Troubleshooting

I got dyno tuned about 2 weeks ago, and after 4 days dam dropped to .750 and stayed there for 5 days then dropped to .625 now it’s at .500

Tuner had me put in octane booster at .625 and still dropped to .500

I thought a dyno tune was supposed to fix stuff like this? I have a few after market parts but I that’s why I got the dyno tune. I just want the car to run healthy. Getting fbk at worst -11 and some drives it’ll be -2.08 and then next drive -8 and then -4.06. I’m hoping the tuner can take a closer look to see if he missed something? Need advice because I don’t want the car to blow up. Coming up on 50k miles, could I need a walnut blasting?

Only other thing I could think is that right now the suspension is riding insanely rough, could that throw phantom knock resulting in dam drop?

Any ideas or advice appreciated.

Just want my baby running well
