Will I get fired?

So since may I have taken 5 sick days and had a meeting the other day and got a warning from my work however my family is leaving the uk for a week and tickets are £30(full trip) to go Milan and I want to go but it means I’ll have to miss two days of work because the tickets are crazy expensive the other days.

Guys any excuses I could use or anything I can do to go on tho trip and not get fired?
