Earworm driving me insane today, seeking support :( </3

Hey, wasn't sure who to talk to about this but I've been experiencing a very frustrating OCD driven mind loop today that I have no idea how to exit and it's been driving me insane. Any advice and/or support is welcome.

Basically I woke up with one line of this song stuck in my head that I know I have heard a million times but cannot place for the life of me. The lyrics are "I looove, I don't love, I don't love her," so basically pretty generic and hard to place. Tried searching it on the online humming / partial lyric search sites (before anyone suggests this, I would rather not post me humming it on here) and keep frantically searching through all my playlists for it but cannot find it for the life of me. I've been trying to do remote work all day and struggling so hard to focus because of this.

I want so badly to just be able to say "huh, too bad, can't find it," and move on with my day but I can't shake it and it's getting very concerning now. These earworms happen for me fairly often but I don't think it's ever happened like this where I haven't been able to identify what song it is for this long.

I am wondering if anyone thinks taking some 5-HTP or CBD might help me. Again any advice or support is welcome. I'm not super open about my OCD and didn't know who to ask for support with this among people in my life so I really appreciate the support of anyone who might be able to understand.
