Dispersed camping around Ticaboo, Hite, or Fry Canyon

Hey everyone, I'm hoping to do some dispersed camping this weekend for the eclipse. I'm hoping to stay out of National Park lands to avoid crowds. Does anyone have any info on dispersed camping in the area I mentioned? There seems to be a lot of roads off hwy 276, but can't really tell if there's dispersed camping there. Thanks I'm advance!
