Plants and blasting cone in the base?

Idk if I missed something but I think this game I played was broken. Infinite blasting cones and plants spawned also the vision thingy and we could hit them and they worked. Also some terrain spawned after killing mountain drake that we could all walk through. Ranked flex game, if this is somewhat interesting I can share the replay.
