Beware of making changes

I signed up for Bell's 1.5 gigabit internet in September and received an $80 credit per month (CNE deal) for a total of $50 per month. Last week I added the Fibe TV app premium for $20/mth via MyBell online. Just received an updated critical information summary and low and behold they removed my $80 credit??? WTAF? Has anyone had this happen? How do I get my credit back? If Bell is unwilling to restore my credit will I be penalized if I cancel?
