I got called ugly by a stranger

I think I got called ugly by a stranger today and at the same time I don‘t even know if I heard it correctly. I was driving home by tram and two drunk men entered at a station. The walked past me and a few minutes later I heard sth that was or resembles the German word for ugly - German is my first language and I get triggered by every word that sounds like the German word for ugly😭 I‘m so done again, I don‘t know what‘s wrong with my face, ppl tell me nothinh is wrong with it but then why do these things happen?
