There's way too many people competing for the same job or any kind of work listing and no matter what your qualifications are, you're still gonna get overlooked for the bosses son. Nepotism, alog with a lot of other things, is ruining the hopes and dreams of every normal person who wants to make something of himself.

What's the fucking point of even trying to participate in a rat race that's already been rigged?
