[TOMT] [MOVIE] Horror movie from late 90s, early 2000s

Ok so I'm trying to remember this horror movie that I watched as a kid in theater in early 2000s maybe even late 90s.

Its got some sort of exorcism scene from which I remember some pastor or maybe a relative of the possessed standing in the hallway and a demonic entity tries to "pass through the wall" then bounces back.

Another scene I remember is right at the ending (might be a different movie) where a guy is supposed to become the next incarnation of satan and he's waiting in a car with a (woman?) waiting down the clock. Then the clock turns to 6:66 and he laughs, but gets shot in the head by her.

Before that scene he's standing in a church and all the people are possessed and staring at him, waiting for him to turn.

There's also another scene where he's listening to music at his apartment but there's no sound coming through, meanwhile his neighbour is hearing it at an extreme volume and losing her mind.

Then there's another scene where he eventually finds a pentagram above the ceiling of his bed (breaks the ceiling to find it).
