Nikon Lenses on Clearance

Hey all,

I'm looking for a Nikon 14-30 f/4 lens and I came across this post that shows this lens on clearance for 40% off.

I'm wondering if y'all know when these types of deals happen and how I can find them. I'm located in Northern California and would drive a good bit to find a deal like this. Or I can ask a friend to buy it for me.

Any idea if deals like this are happening soon and how I can find them? Thanks!
