Fluoxetine Killed My Libido

I made the switch from Sertraline 50mg to Fluoxetine 20mg ~6 weeks ago, and the transformation has been stark. I'm much happier, my creativity is up, and I care about things again. The only downside is Fluoxetine is killing my sex drive, so I'm going to Sertraline 100mg.

Has anyone's sex drive improved on Fluoxetine? Everything I see says no. There's a dramatic loss in sensation, way-too-delayed ejaculation, and a sense of worthlessness. Like, I can't do this, so I'm a failure. It's wild.

Though it's my only complaint, it's enough to switch back.
