Should I get Anthology for $24?

I had Civ 6 on my Xbox, and play it alot with my friend. I saw that on steam it was 6 bucks, and was going to get it, but saw there was an Anthology edition for 24 dollars.

Is the Anthology edition worth the extra $18? To be honest for me personally, i don't care too much about playing as other Civilizations, i like the 2-3 i play as now, but am interested in the new game mechanics that are mentioned in the DLC description.

Is Anthology for me or should I stick to the base game?
