Make up suggestions for this dress?

A lot of red dress make up suggestions seem to include red lipstick, however my lips are thin and lipstick never seems to last long—it fades in the middle quickly and then it looks like I have bad lipliner without lipstick. I’m pretty low maintenance with make up, but open to suggestions! Thanks. :)
