I have a problem

I am a teacher at a local school to me. I am diagnosed with Tourette's, and I think one of my students has Tourette's or a chronic tic disorder. My student does not have a 504 plan. I know I'm not allowed to ask him if he has anything due to the Americans with disabilities act, but can y'all think of ways for me to go about asking if he needs anything?
