Time Off Request not approved, seeking advice

Hey all, Been on and off with Chip for the past three years, recently started back up in July. Sometime in the middle of August, I put a time off request in my GM's time off Calendar Book (gf visiting for the first time ever and i wanted to be off of work for a good majority of it, [10/20-10-31]), didn't think much of it and moved on. I go ahead and check the schedule for next week, she gets here on the twentieth and noticed that I am scheduled in the morning on the 21st and 22nd. I sent a text to my GM asking about the situation two days ago and they have yet to respond How would you guys go about this? Genuinely lost at what to do It's not like im not going to prioritize my gf being here
