hide/show folders differently depending on the timelines ?

Let's say I have Timeline 1 and Timeline 2.

I have 3 different animation folders : A, B and C.

Is there a way to program the timelines so that ONLY A and B are visible when I play Timeline 1, and only folders B and C are visible when I play Timeline 2 ? (without having to manually disable/enable them every time, of course).

It would help me a lot. Thank you
