Help finding board certified ENT/facial plastic dr

My insurance is changing to United Healthcare and my ENT (who was going to do my septorhinoplasty next year) doesn’t take my new insurance.

It’s been a nightmare trying to find decent surgeons who do both cosmetic and medical procedures that take United healthcare.

Does anyone have any tips on how to find a doctor?

I’m located in Charlotte, NC for reference and would be willing to travel a couple of hours for this operation.
