Is HPV mRNA E6/E7 harder to clear than just HPV DNA detected?

I've been hpv positive for the past 2+ years. Twice in those 2 tears I tested negative for 16/18/45. This last time a new lab was used so I'm not sure if that's why this test is different but it says I am positive for E6/E7 mRNA. I feel like I'm screwed. July 2021 my pap was normal but hpv positive, but July 2022, April 2023 and Oct 2023 i am positive for hpv plus lsil pap. One colposcopy done Aug. 2022 that confirms LSIL. So I'm crushed now because I feel like this means it won't go away. I also feel like this means I actually do have hpv 16 or 18 now because I read a study that showed everyone with mRNA E6/E7 either had hpv 16 or 18. And being negotiable 16/18 has been the only thing to keep me from losing it this whole time. If I have 16 or 18 now I will not only be worried about cervical cancer but all the others (vulvar, anal. Oral,etc.) I feel screwed and I am trying not to lose it. Help!!!
