Is there any way I can get a PEN without waiting the 4-5 weeks for the reforming?

I have placed a market order on EU for 5.1b, but there does not seem to be a single person wanting to sell one, only TET.

It's the only reasonable way for me to be able to grind Hystria rn.

Does anyone have any other idea on how to get from 257/259AP to enough to be able to do Hystria decently?
