Vegetable questions because I'm dumb

I've got a list of veggies that are good and safe for beardies that I'm going to go buy, and had a question regarding veggie colors. I've noticed that there are some red leaf veggies as well as green leaf variants (kale and chard come to mind). Are the red leaf variants also safe and healthy for beardies, or should I avoid them and stick with green leaves only?
