Smiley .. but wasn't expecting it until 2024

Not sure if I should trust it. My loans were consolidated in 2013 and transferred to mohela a few months ago. I had 89 qualifying payments as of a few days ago. Mohela only ever showed the payments after my consolidation . I believe I qualify for forgiveness but didn't expect the 'missing' payments to show until 2024 after the IDR adjustment... And my last ecf (for an old employer) was still showing as processing.

I've seen a lot of posts here about consolidation causing a temporary loan balance of zero. Are there any other situations that cause this?
