Love you greenbeards, but how are you always in my lobby?

Discussion

Regardless of difficulty, I'm with players who play like it's their first session. I totally get that new players have no idea about the nuances of being a good miner, but please consider the difficulty before joining a match that's Haz 3 or higher.

The choice of difficulty is yours, but please understand how annoying it can be when I type/speak out how to do things and what to look out for, revive newcomers multiple times, only to end up with the new player being the last man standing and choking the entire match. This has happened to me many times now. I don't want to "gatekeep" my sessions by kicking newcomers. I haven't kicked anybody yet because I do enjoy helping folks out. But man, does it hurt to lose matches and waste so much time.

I'm okay with these consequences on Haz 2 or lower because I see that as "normal" and "easy" difficulties, respectively. I expect newcomers on these difficulties and lobbies, so when I choose to host/join these matches, it's easier to accommodate new players. But man, does it suck when you're playing on higher hazards.

Newcomers, you do you, but know the difficulty you're jumping into before opting to join in on a match. Please, and thank you.
