Is this normal? (Special needs adult)

I may have accidentally swallowed a hair in my sleep because I found a long white hair on my weighted stuffie this morning. Dad just said to drink water and “wait it out” aka wait until I poop 😮‍💨 It feels like there’s something in my throat anyway because I’ve been sick since the 11th but this doesn’t seem like a normal sick stuck throat thing to me. Wtaf is wrong with him?! He’s in his 60s and has said a lot of things to me but nothing this crazy (10/13/23)
