Sick girl eating/tearing her newspaper?

This is a new behavior. She's been on antibiotics 2 weeks and we need one more dose before her re-check to find out if they are really helping.

She's definitely eating out of her own bowl, but she's also tearing apart her newspaper too.

Is this a good sign, more energy? Is this her being very stressed? The amazing vet tech that gives her her weekly antibiotics shot doesn't really have a strong opinion on if that's a good sign or a bad sign. It's just a change. She might shred a good 1/4th of the newspaper by the time I put them to bed if shes getting really into it (has never done it in front of me, ive only caught it on camera).
