Meticulous Appraiser MF Build

I want to make a MF build that stacks rarity to farm Bog maps with Meticulous Appraiser for some T1 and T0 uniques. I’ve got about 30div to make a build. I’ve also got a Witch and Shadow both lvl92. (I also have a Pathfinder I can swap if the others dont really have good options, but would prefer not to respec my current Pathfinder.)

Please can someone recommend me a build?
