Please help troubleshoot new lelit Elizabeth

Just opened up my new lelit Elizabeth. Was working but after messing with some setting s the water dispenser won't close and it keeps pouring out water whenever the pump is on. Please help if you know any troubleshooting tips I'm so devasted if it's broken.
