World Rugby's blocking their own videos, again

Two days ago, WR posted a video analyzing South Africa ahead of their match against France (The South Africa front row can drive Rugby World Cup glory against France | Beyond 80). That video is available for every country, except one : France. Note the irony, but maybe it's because of broadcasters issues, we have three different broadcasters for this World Cup, so maybe the licensing is weird, who knows, I'm no lawyer.

Today, WR posted highlights from the WXV matches. Four of them were posted on this sub. All of them... are blocked in a single country : France.

Only one broadcaster seems to have the rights for WXV, TF1, and I checked, none of their five channel broadcasted any of this yesterday (they instead had reruns of Friends and Grey's Anatomy, because money). So, excluding RugbyPass as they don't seem to be causing copyright issue for other countries... who's causing this ?

Are we the only country with a broadcaster who thinks internet is an enemy ?
