Translate Gregg Shorthand - don't know if there is anything confidential listed

Transcription Request

My wife was approached by an elderly gentleman where she works. His wife had passed away a few weeks ago, and he found this letter in her belongings. He believes that it is a letter to him, and asked my wife if she knew how to translate it....although she took the typical shorthand class in high school, it was over 50 years ago, and she did not know it any more.

I reached out on Fiverr to a fellow in India, and he said he could not translate as Gregg has many variations.

I'm hesitant to post it out here for the world, as I am unsure of the content or confidentiality. Any suggestions on getting it transcribed, or finding a Gregg Shorthand pro that could help out....at this point, just (hopefully), trying to get an old man some joy from the memories of his late wife.
