is 3db of speaker sensitivity perceived as a big difference between 2 different speakers volume?

hi, I'm a guitarist, and I'm buying new speakers for my guitar cab, there will be 4 speakers wired in series, but I'm unsure about which of 2 models of speakers I'll buy, the major difference between them is the speaker sensitivity, one has 98db, and the other one has 101db, is this perceived as a huge difference in their loudness, the fact that there will be 4 of them wired in series changes something?
