The second phase of the group stage has been excellent for the casters

It feels like culmination of what each and every one of them has been working towards for the entire season. Not only are they given the full spotlight with the only match that is happening at that time, but the matches themselves are incredibly important, which means the teams are going to give it their all and provide a level of intensity for the casters to match.

So far they have all stepped up to the challenge and it's been great to see! I think we'll have to wait until we see the final playoff bracket and what the players think before we can judge the format itself, but from a casting perspective, I think this is much better than having them on a bunch of different streams at once where you might not even get to see all of them. At least with this, they all get a final hurrah.
