Discord Nitro in other countries

Specifically I want to get localized pricing for Discord Nitro. It is cheapest in Argentina/Turkey. I dont live there and I dont have a card issued from there. I tried my multi currency card and it doesnt work. Other people claim that it depends on the location of the card's issuing bank and it needs to match the region

Has anyone tried to get Nitro in Argentina/Turkey despite not living there? Can anyone share how they did it?
