960 Glen St Townhouses

Hey everyone, I hope this is the right sub to post this in.

I am considering putting an offer in on one of the units for sale in the 960 Glen St townhouses (condos).

Does anyone have any feedback on the area or these condos? I know there are rental condos directly behind this complex that have a bad rep.

I'd be buying this place to house myself, my brother and his 1 year old daughter so I want to make sure my niece will be safe.
