Wife doesn't pray

Salaam everyone

Alhamdulilah I've been happily married for 6 years now. Me & my wife share a very healthy, loving and trustworthy relationship. Like all marriages we've had our differences (nothing major) however we're mature enough to deal with it and move on. We met through mutual family friends. During our talking stages she mentioned how she were happy/grateful that I prayed 5 times a day and that she really wanted to start praying 5 times a day to. This was because nobody in her family prayed regularly so she never was in any sort of routine of praying.

The only ever lasting issue is her not praying regular salah. She does pray regularly throughout the month of Ramadan however out of Ramadan she only ever prays once every 2 or 3 months or if she's home on a friday she'll pray Jummah. Whenever i ask her to pray she makes a lousy excuse such as i'm tired or i'll start praying tomorrow etc. Sometimes she blames her parents for her lack of praying. I don't really lose my temper however i do get very frustrated with her which causes her to get upset and then she says things like you're making me feel bad etc. Whenever i mention it to both our families, they always say its my responsibility to makesure she prays or else i'll be accountable on the day of judgement.

I have tried everything I can to get her to pray and i'm getting more & more worried that about our ahkirah. Is there anyone else who's been through anything similar to this? And what did you do to resolve it?
