2nd Gen MDX radio and transmission issue

Purchased an 08 MDX with 102,000 miles literally 3 days ago, had a great service history, timing maintenance has been done, all fluids are full and clean. Had been great the first two days but today on my way to work (a 0.8 mile commute) the Navigation and radio would turn off and back on every 30 seconds to a minute, while I was looking for a space to park when this happened as I was pulling from a stop sign, the car would rev but wouldn't move for maybe 4 seconds. The issue persisted while parked. I have only seen 2 decent forum threads for this issue and both are a few years old, one owner was able to correct it by replacing the 4th gear pressure switch, the other owner had this done but it did not fix the issue. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? The radio and nav seemed to turn off when the AC compressor reengaged if that helps at all.
