What specs should I look for when looking for ~3ct. elongated radiant natural diamond?

In the market to purchase my future fiancé an ~3ct. elongated radiant natural diamond. I'm aware this will be expensive, but was hoping see what are the minimum requirements I should be looking at when targeting a natural radiant diamond of this size. I want to get as much value as I can while still hitting the roughly 3ct. mark.

I'm only looking to purchase GIA-certified.

My girlfriend really like the elongated radiants that have a ratio around 1.44-1.45, but wasn't sure if any certain ratios produce better results.

Please let me know if anyone has some recommendations as far as Color, Clarity, Depth %, Table %, and Ratio.
