Dave and Buster Bartenders: How do you treat your regulars

Since Dave and Buster splits tips and is more focused on volume of drinks and quickness vs. closer interaction with customers (like regular bars), -- a few questions:

- How do you treat your "regulars" or do you even care since the benefit is not as drastic given split tips

- Do you comp them drinks? Do you hope for more tips from them? Given tips are slit, is it worth the effort for them? or you do it because you like them as a customer or maybe both.

- Are bartenders allowed to comp drinks? cocktails? Will they get in trouble?

- Do you go out your way to "care" or "watch out" for your customers. Ex. getting them water when they look drunk or is this just standard hospitality as a bartender at dave and buster?

- How can a regular make the bartender a day a little bit better at Dave and buster?
